Demand Generation Manager


  • Use multiple demand generation programs and tactics to drive leads that contribute to substantial sales pipeline growth
  • Define quantitative goals for measuring execution effectiveness of all demand generation activities, providing consistent communication, including dashboards and reports outlining quantifiable results, campaign ROI, program analyses and recommendations to senior management
  • Employ digital demand generation best practices, excellence in online marketing, a results-based methodology, cross-functional outreach, attention to detail, a collaborative work style and both time and project management expertise
  • Be the primary point of contact for Marketo/marketing automation expertise within the marketing group


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a SaaS-based company – marketing or advertising technology experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional project management skills & the ability to execute across multiple assignments
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing specifically as it relates to driving customer acquisition and nuturing
  • In-depth proficiency with marketing automation software (Marketo strongly preferred) and Salesforce CRM
  • Proven experience managing complex multi-channel digital lead generation activities
  • Hands-on experience with relevant platforms including email marketing (Marketo), Google Analytics, CMS, and social tools/platforms
  • Metrics oriented with strong analytical and results reporting skills
  • Motivated self-starter with ability/confidence to work independently & as part of a team
