The Account Manager will serve as the day to day client contact responsible for cultivating and maintaining key client relationships. The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for the successful delivery and completion of Visual IQ’s implementations and related projects for designated clients while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction. In addition, the AM is highly skilled at understanding the complex needs of the business, translating its priorities into project plans and orchestrating the successful execution of the work to the specified timelines on a consistent basis.
Interface with the client, serving as a liaison between client and internal execution teams
Understand and communicate core company services in the areas of media and marketing attribution, campaign optimization, and media strategy
Maintain a close working relationship with the assigned Account Director
Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, contact reports, and updated timelines for all client activity
Accurately and effectively communicate client input to internal teams
Resolve all escalations regarding the client(s), regardless of area of functional responsibility.
Work with counterparts in other Visual IQ offices to ensure adequate staffing and balancing of requirements across multiple clients
